Double Dragon

Have you had one these sandwiches? They are crazy good. Do yourself a favor and order up their pork belly banh mi and beer, but fair warning – the addictive.

We worked closely with Rob Walls, the owner and banh mi grand-wizard, to tease out his vision for converting this once wallflower of a space into a funky and functional sandwich joint. Like many of our projects, we come up with the main framework for the project through a few collaborative design sessions, put the details into build-able drawings, but make sure to leave plenty of room to adapt to unique materials or evolved ideas during the construction process.
